A yogi at heart with a brain for business…
My professional journey began working for a global Advertising giant in London as an Art Director. I worked with Health & Wellness brands to launch campaigns that raised awareness for projects making a real difference to peoples lives, such as groundbreaking developments in Oncology, redefining the narrative around autism in women, and many more.
I have since branched out to freelance work, serving wellness brands to help them grow and reach the people who need them most. Most recently combining the world of yoga with the world of marketing through collaborations with yoga studios and wellness retreats across Asia.
Whatever project I’m working on, I’m passionate about working with brands that bring a positive impact to the world.
Yoga Stuff
Yoga looks different on every body.
Even though the industry doesn’t always reflect this, yoga is for everyone. For people of all walks of life, ages and stages, it has certainly been a constant in my story for over 10 years.
In a world diluted by competitive nature, constant comparison and pressure to do and be everything all at once, yoga is the ultimate tool to reconnect to your inner self, to re-establish and strengthen your relationship to your body, amongst many other benefits.
I bring this ethos into any form of the practice I share. Honouring the ancient lineage and wisdom I’ve had the privilege of studying, whilst acknowledging and adapting to modern bodies living in a very different world.
